Large items will be shipped by truck freight via Overnite Transportation, R& L Carriers or Beaver Express.  These items will be indentified by the "Special Shipping" notation in the item description. Truck freight  will be calculated after order is placed.  30.00 will be added for a shipment to a residence.  Please call ahead for truck freight quotes.</div> <bR> <div> Damages in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect your items before signing freight bill, damage must be noted on bill to receive credit. Fill out damage report with driver. Notify us of the damages, in most cases, the carrier will send someone to pick up the damaged freight.  We will then replace the damaged parts. </div> <bR> <div> Returns-Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, return it within 30 days of purchase.  </div> <div> Receipt must accompany return. Returns without a valid reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refund on electrical items, literature or special ordered parts. All parts must be in original condition and packaging when returned.
